EDITORIAL NOTE. In partial answer to the query below, John DeMoss's
useful Index to STRONG OPINIONS lists Sterne refs on pp. 74, 151, 213.
Dieter Zimmer's Index to his German edition of the book also cites three,
presumably the same. Perhaps someone out there knows of others off-hand.
