QUERY NABOKOV AND RANSOM (fwd)

Brian Boyd quotes Nabokov as expressing great admiration for John Crowe
Ransom's poetry--especially "Bells for John Whiteside's Daughter" Boyd adds
that the two always had respectful relations.
The only other reference to the two I can find is in a Ransom letter where he
is dismissive of Nemerov's positive review of Lolita. Does anyone have any
information about relations between these two writers beyond these two
