I don't know Pia Pera's work but I do agree with Dmitri Nabokov's
evaluation of Nosik's book, and who, in his or her right mind,
wouldn't? It is, truly, both plagiaristic and hollow.
I was, however, deeply troubled by DN's posting. With all due
respect, I do not think Nabokv-L should allow itself to be a place for ad
hominem ridicule of authors' last names or female authors' bodily shapes.
I am quite sure neither one had anything to do with the quality of Pera's
and Nosik's respective works.
