I don't have my source list at hand, but at least one book
I am aware of that deals with Nabokov and Robbe-Grillet,
as well as Julio Cortazar, in an extensive way is
Elizabeth Deeds Ermarth's _Sequel to History_.
A must for anyone considering the VN-RG connection.
