As far as I can tell, "The Astronaut's Wife" is an unofficial remake
(theft) of a film from 1958 called "I Married a Monster From Outer Sapce,"
directed by Gene Fowler, Jr., which was itself unoffically remade in the
early '60s. This research is not meant to deny (yet) the possibility that
the premise was swiped from VN.
