Dear list,
In an unpublished interview of 1999, the author of "Harry Potter" declares
her strong sympathies for Nabokov. "Lolita" is her favorite book of the
century. For everyone who read the 4 volumes of her work, that doesn't
appear as strange as it may sound. Million readers can be right: "Harry
Potter" is a rich, powerful, logic, witty, very skillfully plotted
masterwork of art, in its genre, and there are several reasons which make
me
believe that even Nabokov would have liked it.
