EDITOR's NOTE. Please note the message below. If have not changed your
address for NABOKV-L to <nabokv-l@listserv.ucsb.edu>,
please do so now. The official notice follows:
On Wednesday, December 13, the old listserv system, UCSBVM, will stop
forwarding mail destined for migrated lists. Since we migrated the
Listserver
earlier this year, we have kept the mail and listserv programs alive on
UCSBVM
simply to ensure a smoother migration to the new system. During this
migration
period, those who posted to a list's old address on ucsbvm.ucsb.edu would
have
their posting forwarded to the list on listserv.ucsb.edu, and receive a
message
back giving them the new address to use.
This has been a significant burden on the UCSBVM system and we now need to
turn
this service off.
We are confident that, after at least eight months of receiving the
migration
notice from UCSBVM, subscribers have broken their habit of posting to the
ucsbvm.ucsb.edu address. However, if you have a list that used to be on
ucsbvm.ucsb.edu, you may want to remind your subscribers that they need to
send
postings to "nabokv-l@listserv.ucsb.edu" , and commands for the listserver
to"listserv@listserv.ucsb.edu".
