NABOKV-L thanks Nassim Balestrini for this item.
Rainer Maria Kiesow.
_Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung_ 12 February 2002: 53.
Kiesow (who works for the Max Planck Institute for Legal History in
Frankfurt/Main, Germany) rejects the German campus novel as not being
worthy of the appellation 'literature.' In the final section of his
nearly full-page essay, he recommends--among other foreign-language
works--VN's _Pnin_ as preferable to any of the previously discussed works.
