. . . Professor Edmund White brought wit, humor and brilliant life
stories to the class, including one about when he met my favorite
writer, Vladimir Nabokov. My classmates shared a rich variety of short
stories that ranged from collecting turtle eggs in the Caribbean to
fighting evil in outer space.
