One wonders if the "minister" of so close to Kiran's heart ministry
improvised or simply restated view of the Boss who, some will argue,
uses
World Chess as free publicity tool, among other not so savory purposes.
That characters invented by unpredictable VN still annoy Kirsans and
Paduks
of the World, show us, reading nerds, idealistic weirdos, how alive his
word
still is.
