Dear friends,

I am very interested in the history of those small and brilliant corrections Nabokov made in RUSSIAN text of Fyodor Tyutchev's SILENTIUM (when reciting the poem). There are five of them:

- I VSHODYAT I ZAYDUT ONE (line 4) - instead of VSTAYUT I ZAHODYAT ONE;
- KAK ZVEZDY YASNIE V NOCHI (line 5) - instead of BEZMOLVNO,KAK ZVEZDY V NOCHI;
- LISH' ZHYT" V SAMOM SEBE UMEY (line 13) - instead of V SEBE SAMOM;
- IH ZAGLUSHIT NARUSHNIY SHUM (line 16) - instead of IH OGLUSHIT NARUSHNIY SHUM;
- DNEVNYE OSLEPYAT LUCHI (17) instead of DNEVNYE RAZGONYAT LUCHI.

The reasons for these corrections are obvious. Are any comments exist?
