SK-B: I'm trying hard to recall where VN wrote "I've said all I have
to say," to whom and about which topic. I expect many will rush to
remind me.
This was the last sentence from "Reply to My Critics," the article taking
apart Edmund Wilson's criticism of his *Eugene Onegin:*
"His article, entirely consisting, as I have shown, of quibbles and
blunders, can be damaging only to his own reputation--and that is the last
look I shall ever take at the dismal scene."
