Is such a standalone version of the poem really to be made?

Notes, commentary, an entry about "stang"?
More importantly, in my view,
was(is) any consideration (being) given to
including a cd of a recording of the hour long transparent thingum.
I read some time ago in WSJ that publishers love
projects that include such things.
