From 1993 until 2018, the bulk of Nabokov-related scholarly discussion took place on the NABOKV-L mailing list. Our site hosts a complete archive of that mailing list.
From 2018 onwards, discussion has moved to our site's forum. The forum is open-access for viewing, but in order to post to the forum, registration to the site is required. (Registration to the site is free of charge.)
You can subscribe to receive new forum postings through this RSS link. Your browser may need an extension added to make use of this feature, such as "RSS Feed Reader" at the Chrome store, which is free. Another extension, called "Feeder", may work better for Macs using Chrome. For those using Safari, "Feedly" (at iTunes, free), is one option among several. For Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox, simply search "RSS" plus the name of the browser for instructions on what extension to use.
When you have the feed reader installed, it will create a little icon to the right of the address bar of your browser; it may look like the orange-and-white icon at the bottom of this message, and possibly also have an embedded number indicating how many unread posts await you. By clicking on this icon, you will see everything that has come in lately. You can also simply create a shortcut button on your "bookmarks bar" by dragging and dropping the URL of the forum page from the address box onto your bookmarks bar (usually, the space below the address box). After that, you need only click that button to return to the forum.
Alternatively, you may be able to read RSS feeds with your email application; see your email app's instructions or contact us for assistance.
