It's probably from Christopher Sykes's "Omnibus Nabokov", a 60 min. English
film on Lolita done round 1990 and run on BBC, I suppose, which includes
snippets of some earlier interviews and some new ones (White, Boyd, Mrtin
Ams, Byatt). I have a copy that Sykes converted for me from PAL to VHS, but
it should be available in England. GB
