There is one little phrase in RLSK that completely eludes me. It's on page
92, in the passage on "The Prismatic Bezel". The London detective can't
pronounce an 'h' and says: "'Ullo, 'ow about Hart?" Now I not only don't
understand "Hart" but it seems to me there is something fishy here.
Obviously he could not have said it if he had remained true to his
mannerism. Probably I completely missed some joke.
