Article 1 - The International Literary Prize Nabokov was created to support and promote the works published, giving visibility to the same and to its authors. The Prize is open to fiction, non-fiction and poetry published in Italy.

Article 2 - Are admitted to the jury published works (then published by a publisher, and ISBN number) in Italian.

Article 3 - The Prize can participate writers and poets of all nationalities and age limit, sending the terms established by this Regulation, the works referred to in the following articles.

Article 4 - The Literary Award is divided into three sections: Fiction, Essay and Poetry.

A rt. 5 - Two (2) copies of each book participant must be sent with attached note with address, telephone number, social security number, e-mail address and signature of the secretary of the Prize Interrete, Via Milano 44, 73051 Novoli Lecce by October 31, 2013 (as confirmed by the postmark).

6 - Consistency Award:
There will be prizes in publishing services for a total of 6390.00 € for 15 finalists (5 per section).
The Awards are:
- Publication of a manuscript in ebook AbelBooks - www.abelbooks.net (Awarded to the winner in each category);
- Press office professional all the books of the 15 finalists;
- Publication of an article with promotion of the finalists on a number of paper The literary journal .

The presentation of the winners will be books in Novoli (Lecce), in a meeting between the authors. The winners will receive plaques, while all the finalists, certificates of merit. The list of winners will then be entered on-line in the most important sites of literature on the Internet.

7 - The jury's decision is final. The jury is chaired each year by Piergiorgio Leaci and consists among others, by Maximum Lerose (Writer and actor) and Celestine Damiano (Journalist The Messenger).

Article 8 - Participation in the International Literary Prize Nabokov implies the unconditional acceptance of this Regulation.

Article 9 - The registration fee is set at 20.00 € to be paid on postepay paper no. ° 4023600568943528 headed to Piergiorgio Leaci, LCE PGR 74L28 E506 K oppurein cash in a sealed envelope.

ART. 10th - Protection of personal data. In relation to what is stipulated by Law Decree 30 June 2003 No. 196 "Code concerning the protection of personal data", states the following:

Under ART. 7-11-13-25: the processing of personal data of the participants, subject to the rights set forth in Article 7, is aimed solely at the management of the prize. These data will not be disclosed to any third parties.

Under ART. 23: the sending of the documents with which you are participating in the competition attach the written consent to the processing of personal data by the person concerned.

The payment receipt must be enclosed envelope or the sending of material in the contest.
