For R.S. Gwynn and those interested in remembering Dmitri Nabokov in his entirety, there are audio clips on YouTube from a 1967 performance of Charles Gounod's "Romeo and Juliette" which reference Dmitri's role in the recording. I'm sure you could locate it from the information provided here:
