I'm a huge cycling fan, so I am watching the first stage of the Tour of California. With a BMC rider in the lead, I decided to check out their bikes, and this is what I came across: http://www.bmc-racing.com/en/us/bikes/women-series/streetfire/ssw-radiant-lolita/story/ Yes, it's the Radiant Lolita. There's also a Radiant Dita. Within the past couple of years, there has been a huge surge in women's specific bikes - supposedly tailored to a "woman's geometry". Here's how the Radiant Lolita is described: "Utterly feminine – not just the design and colors, but above all the dynamic frame geometry which is tailored especially for the female anatomy will have you grinning your way through even the longest rides. The women’s seat from Selle provides an extra level of comfort, and thanks to the narrower handle bars and shorter cranks this is a dream bike. – For as long as love shall last!" The catalog copyist must be having a chuckle writing this.
