The Moscow film director Andrey Eshpai has made a movie, to be released soon, of Nabokov's play Sobytie ("The Event"). Having seen only a sequence or two, I don't know much about the project, apart from the fact that Liuba, who was made into a photographer by Eshpai, is played by Chuppan Khamatova.
