Indeed, the DVD has been released in march 2004
by ina-Gallimard. Although their internet page claims it is now available in any
bookstore, non of the online or real bookstores have the reference yet, not even
Fnac.com. I have contacted the publisher and am waiting for their reply.More
information later.
