I see that Russia Online, Inc. (Books@Russia-on-line.com) is offering Vypusk #5 of _Nabokovskii vestnik_  with the proceedings of the Saint-Petersburg Nabokov Centennial conference.  These are hard to find and I've seen copies at $20. In Russian.
